Job Description / Responsibilities:

1. Perform day to day systems administration tasks
2. Perform both onsite and remote Server tasks end-to-end
3. Participate on regular scheduled meeting with clients and ensure client satisfaction
4. Provide daily and weekly reports as per customer requirements
5. Must ensure customer deliverable on time as requested by client
6. Ensure that knowledge base is updated constantly with new articles
7. Perform Server Administration in your capacity tasks as requested by Customer
8. Perform with ease all NOC tasks end-to-end.
9. Provide escalation services to NOC team
10. Perform upgrades of server operating systems and software tools
11. Comply with ISMS Policies
12. Must work night and weekend shifts in a 7x24 environment
13. Must provide on-call support

Desired profile of the candidate

• Any graduate with Solaris 10 certification is preferred
• Knowledge on Shell/Perl scripting
• 2 year commitment is required.

• Provide Technical solutions to the external customers
• Awareness of basic networking concepts and technologies.
• Proficient in network connectivity troubleshooting, TCP/IP, Dial-up, Token Ring, Ethernet, LAN/WAN 
• Understanding of operating systems, Windows 2000/NT/XP, configuration options and Troubleshooting 
• Browser Support - Internet Explorer
• Ability to identify basic hardware parts and aware of basic hardware concepts
• User level familiarity with at least one e-mail client - Outlook, Notes etc.
• Skilled in commercially standard software applications and major desktop operating systems.
