- Perform day to day systems administration tasks
- Perform both onsite and remote Server tasks end-to-end
- Participate on regular scheduled meeting with clients and ensure client satisfaction
- Provide daily and weekly reports as per customer requirements
- Must ensure customer deliverable on time as requested by client
- Ensure that knowledge base is updated constantly with new articles
- Perform Server Administration in your capacity tasks as requested by Customer
- Perform with ease all NOC tasks end-to-end.
- Provide escalation services to NOC team
- Perform upgrades of server operating systems and software tools
- Comply with ISMS Policies
- Must work night and weekend shifts in a 7x24 environment
- Must provide on-call support
- Any graduate with Solaris 10 certification is preferred
- Knowledge on Shell/Perl scripting
- 2 year commitment is required.
