- Rofous Selection Process @ Campus
1. First Round - JAM Session (Verbal Communication Check)
2. Second Round - Written Test (1 Hour)
3. Third Round - Personal Interview
Rofous selection ends with an ORIENTATION PROGRAM (a brief presentation about the project) for the selected candidates in THIRD ROUND.

1. Personal Interview – FINAL SELECTION
· After final selection and before on-boarding the candidate, there will be -
1. Background Verification (He/She will be sent an email asking for the scanned copies of education/address /id proofs)
2. Issuing the Offer Letter (Only on receiving the positive background report, He/She will receive an official Offer Letter from ROFOUS)
