Eligibility Criteria:

1. Education UG: B.A - Any Specialization,B.Com - Commerce,BSC,B.Ed - Education,B.Pharma - Pharmacy, Diploma - Any Specialization, Other Graduate - Any Specialization
   
2. Year of Passout 2008 - Till date
3. Candidate should be good at typing with a minimum of 35-40WPM and Accuracy 95% above.
4. Flexible to work in shifts.
5. Should have Minimum Communication skills & Written Skills.
6. Collaborative efforts to be put in to meet targets with accuracy
7. Grades in Knowledge checks/evaluation tests
8. Documents required: 
9. Photocopy (Xerox) of all education documents (10th Inter and Degree along with Provisional).
10. Present and Permanent Address Proof along with Photo ID proof.

Job Description

1. The candidate should possess good communication skills, both oral and written and possess good inter-personal skills
2. The candidate should have familiarization to Desktop/Web applications and industry standard User Interface guidelines and conventions
3. The candidate should have got trained in QA tools e.g. QTP, QC
4. The candidate should have got trained on manual and automated testing and understand the fundamentals of manual and automated testing
5. Sufficient knowledge/experience working with Microsoft Windows XP and later
6. Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as MS Excel, MS Word etc
7. Familiarity with testing methodologies and the defect reporting process
8. Training in Soapui is an added advantage

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Tests software releases during the product development. 
2. Completes assigned test-related tasks
3. Reports test results and enters problems and issues into the bug database. 
4. Monitors and updates bug reports as needed
5. Manages the defect database under the guidance of senior QA engineer 
6. The candidate should be able to work in tight project schedules
7. Assists in review of test processes as they are developed

Desired Candidate Profile:  

Skills: Fresher's trained in QA (from Reputed Institutes)
Education: B.Tech & MCA (2010 & 2011 Passed outs only)
Technical Experience:

• The Candidate should have got trained in QA tools e.g.: QTP, QC, Manual and automated testing
• Trained in Soap UI is an added advantage
• Flexible to work in shifts
