- Communicate with operation staff on client issue, policy change etc.
- Should be able to communicate effectively with customer based out of UK.
- Call up the customer to get information about the applicant.
- Working knowledge of PCs e.g MS Office.
- Excellent key board skill.
- Generic understanding of customer service.
- Excellent spoken English and written communication skill.
- UK insurance knowledge and medical experience would be preferred.

- Good communication skills.
- Should have speaking & writing knowledge of English.

- Should be willing to make outbound sales calls.
- Prior experience in Customer service calls will be an advantage.
- Shift Timing 9am to 7pm.
- Knowledge of English language is a must.
