3 Simple Steps to Refer your buddy

Go to Ultimatix --> WorkForce Management --> Global Recruitment System --> Referrer Home --> Create Buddy Profile.
Step 2: Ask buddy to confirm profile
Your buddy needs to log on to http://www.careers.tcs.com (using the EPIR number and password mailed to your buddy) and confirm the profile.
Step 3: Ask buddy to upload resume
Post confirmation of profile, your buddy needs to upload the application form and resume.
Eligibility Criteria:
15 years of regular education
Graduation through correspondence will not be not be considered
Not more than 2 years break either in career or education
Candidates who have attended in the interview with TCS in last 6 months need not apply.
